 Warm greetings to everyone. Today I am here to present my work experience in which I had to be flexible and adapt to a new situation or a change in the process. This experience took place during my judicial clerkship. The judge in charge of the office was changed, and a new judge arrived along with several new colleagues.

What was the result of the experience?

At the beginning, everything was going well, but in the end, too many disagreements led to a bitter experience.

How did your flexibility and adaptability help you deal with the situation?

They allowed me to adapt to the change in the pace of work, but in the end, for reasons I still do not know, it was not enough.

Would you change anything to handle it better?

Yes, I would try to get along better with my new colleagues.
